Looking at this photo, I’m sure you never would’ve guessed that there were actually hundreds of tourists on the other side!
The Arashiyama Bamboo Forest is pretty packed on most days and you would think that a photo like this would be impossible to get.
However, in a brief fateful moment, suddenly the crowds parted and it was just the geishas and geikos there, exuding such peace, beauty and tranquility.
Glad to have captured it.
