Consolidated Gold Mine
Looking for gold? No need to go any further! Just east of Dahlonega, you can explore a real gold mine close to where gold was discovered in 1828. You’ll go 61 meters underground, tour a cave, and even pan a little yourself! You’ll learn a whole host of history in regards to gold mining along the way.
