Spring Giveaway – Complete Terms & Conditions

A. ABOUT THE CONTEST

  1. This giveaway raffle is sponsored solely by Dipkiss Travels (promoter).
  2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this raffle.
  4. By entering this raffle, each entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

B. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  1. The raffle is open worldwide to entrants 14 years and above (except countries where void).
  2. Multiple entries will be accepted per person, provided the entries are qualified and abide by the raffle rules.
  3. Entries will be accepted both on Facebook and Instagram.
  4. Entries for the first raffle will still be qualified for the second raffle.
  5. Entries for the first, second and third raffle will also be qualified for the third raffle.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

C. RAFFLE COMPETITION RULES

1. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

a. To enter, entrants must:

  1. Follow @dipkisstravels on Instagram — instagram.com/dipkisstravels
    2. Follow @dipkisstravels on Facebook — fb.com/dipkisstravels
    3. Like and comment on the official contest posts on IG or FB — by answering the questions: “What country are you from? What’s the dream destination you want to scratch off on this map?” 🙂
    4. Tag 2 friends you want to bring with you.

b. Entrants may enter as many times as they want, provided:

  1. They tag 2 different friends at a time.
    2. More entries will mean more chances of winning for the entrants.

c. To earn bonus entries, entrants must:

  1. Share the post on their Facebook or Instagram with the hashtags #dipkisstravels #DTSpringGiveaway – image post must be public to qualify = 1 extra entry
  2. Join the @dipkisstravels mailing list by entering their email = 1 extra entry (via https://dipkisstravels.com/mailinglist)
  3. Every time an entrant’s tagged friend joins the contest = 1 extra entry

2. The raffles will be conducted as follows:

  1. Three raffles will be held on March 31 (1st raffle) and April 16 (2nd raffle), May 18 (3rd raffle -extended). One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen on each day.
  2. Entries for the first raffle will still be qualified for the second raffle.
  3. Entries for the first, second and third raffle will also be qualified for the third raffle.
  4. Closing date for entry will be on March 30 (1st raffle), April 15 (2nd raffle) and May 18 (3rd raffle- extended). After May 17, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

D. PRIZES:

  1. GRAND PRIZE: There will be three (3) grand prize winners, who will receive one (1) world scratch map each.
  2. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  3. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by promoter.
  5. Winners may only win once per giveaway.

E. PRIZE NOTIFICATION:

  1. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 3 to 5 days of the raffle date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  2. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any contest publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with contest promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

F. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  3. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
