I. ABOUT THE GIVEAWAY

1. This giveaway raffle is administered by Dipkiss Travels (promoter).
2. The prize/s for the raffle are provided by Tinggly (sponsor).
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by  Instagram or Facebook.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this raffle.
5. By entering this raffle, each entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

II. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

1. The raffle is open worldwide to entrants 16 years and above (except countries where void).
2. Multiple entries will be accepted per person, provided the entries are qualified and abide by the raffle rules.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

III. RAFFLE COMPETITION RULES

1. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:a. To enter, entrants must:

1. 1. 1. Follow @dipkisstravels and @tinggly on Instagram
      2. Comment on the official contest post by tagging one friend on Instagram
      3. Like the contest posts and last 2 other posts
      4. Entrants may enter as many times as they want, provided they tag one different friend at a time.
      5. More entries will mean more chances of winning for the entrants.

2. Giveaway starts on February 6, 2020.
3. Grand raffle will be held on February 14, 2020. One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen.
4. Closing date and time for entries will be on February 13,  2020; 11:59 pm EST. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted, unless contest is extended.
5. The promoter and sponsor reserve the right to cancel or change the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

IV. PRIZES

1. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize winner, who will receive one (1) Be My Valentine Tinggly Gift Box.
2. The Be My Valentine Tinggly Gift Box entitles winner to one (1) experience from the list found on https://www.tinggly.com/collections/be-my-valentine. More details of the prize can also be found on the said link.
3. The Be My Valentine Experience can be shared by the winner with another person, since the experiences are valid for use by up to two (2) people.
4. Any airfare, transportation and other expenses for traveling to the experience prizes are not included.
5. The prize/s are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize/s are not transferable. Prize/s are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by promoter.

V. PRIZE NOTIFICATION

1. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram within 1 to 4 days of the raffle date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
2. The promoter or sponsor will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered.
3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material by the promoter and the sponsor. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with contest promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

VI. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
3. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
