Why the USA is Great for Travelers

The USA is a big place. It’s bigger than a quarter of Europe and Switzerland combined, and you could comfortably fit Japan into Texas.

Knowing these things can immediately set some red flags up in your mind; what do they do with all this space? It’s actually scary because of how big it is! But that’s also an exciting prospect because it means it’s great for the wanderlusts among us!

So whether you’re attracted to the bright lights of Los Angeles, or you’re more of someone who wants to go backpacking through abandoned gas stations in the Mojave, this is the country for you to visit. And there are more reasons than that!

The Abundance of Iconic Landmarks

Being such a large country leaves you with many possibilities. The United States boasts an endless variety of sights starting from the skyscrapers of New York and Chicago, the natural landscapes of Arizona, Utah, Washington, Yosemite, and Yellowstone and the famous amusement parks and entertainment centers in Los Angeles, Orlando, and Las Vegas.

Given all these choices, there’s a good chance your travel bucket contains not just one but several places in the USA: seeing the Grand Canyon, visiting the iconic Statue of Liberty, going to Disney World, walking along the Hollywood Walk of Fame, experiencing the bright lights of Las Vegas, etc.

There’s Great Hospitality

America can be a very friendly place, and people can be incredibly open with what they say and what they offer to you. Just think about all the free drink refills you never get anywhere else! So a visit to America is going to have some great hospitality with it, and you’re not going to want to miss out on such friendly faces and copious amounts of food. You’re never going to go hungry on your travels here!

There’s also plenty of places to stay, whether you like big and fancy hotels with pools or little hostels with bunk beds and a faulty wifi signal. Just look at the Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn, it’s going to make you wanderlusty based on being able to have a night in one of their beds!

There’s So Much History

American history might not seem very long on the surface. But when there are thousands of years of native traditions and history that often gets overshadowed, you’re going to have plenty to look into here. And hey, a trip around historic Philly or Boston whilst you’re at it never hurt anybody!

The museums here are huge and have extensive exhibits. Considering America’s cultural impact on the rest of the world, you’ll find items from almost every culture on the globe for you to take photos of. The Smithsonian is one place you’re not going to want to miss; right in the center of Washington D.C., and accompanied by the view of the White House just over the road for you to pose in front of.

The USA is a great and wondrous place for someone to fall in love with traveling, so make sure it’s next on your list of destinations.
